Shipping policy

All orders are processed on the same business day (including weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping times vary. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free flat rate shipping for all orders in the USA.  

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within a 50-mile radius of zip code 33422. 

Deliveries are made from 9 am -5 pm Monday- Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping.  A calculated shipping charge for your order will be applied and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.  J Marie Booklets is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are available immediately via email. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
